How far ahead should I order?
At least 3 to 5 days before the plants need to be on site. Sooner is better: send the list as soon as you sell the job, with the delivery date you expect.
Can you hold trees until the site’s ready?
Yes. Tell us when the site will be ready, and the trees arrive then. We handle the growers and the trucking in between.
What if a tree arrives in bad shape?
Tell us when it arrives, and we’ll make it right.
Do I have to use the app?
No. The app is optional, for pricing plants, building lists, and placing orders. You can also send your list by text, WhatsApp, or email.
